From mortgage pre-approval to home inspection and insurance, to closing day we will be there every step of the way to ensure that you understand the buying process.  Our goal is to ensure that you will feel confident and comfortable with your home purchase.

3.  Finalize Financing

We have a group of reputable mortgage brokers that we work with on a regular basis.  We can refer you to them, and will work with them to help secure the financing your purchase.

4.  Go on the Hunt

Once we have worked with you to identify your budget, desired amenities and lifestyle preferences, we will start the search for those potential properties that meet your criteria.  as you view homes, we will help you assess whether or not the property is right for you.

5.  Negotiate

You’ve found the home of your dreams, not is’ time to negotiate with the seller and make it yours.  There’s definitely a strategy to negotiation and we have the experience to know what tactics to use, when to use them, and when it’s in your best interest to walk away.

6.  Close the Deal

You’ve survived house hunting and bidding and negotiating on your new home and now it’s time to make it yours.  We will walk you through the “closing table” process and all of the required paperwork so that you understand what you signing and why.  We will also clearly outline all of the up-front and other costs associated with your closing so that there are no unexpected surprises.

7.  Make the Move

Even though the closing day is set, our work is not done until the keys are in your hands!  Need help planning your move?  Need help with hiring painter or contractors for the new house?  We will be available as a resource until you are happily in your new home.
